Here's the order from the latest ready to ship sale back on February 3rd. I kept it small this time since something jumped out of my cart last month and I didn't want to take any chances losing out on the scents I wanted most. Shipping was pretty fast and the package arrived on February 8th with two free samples included.
Baja Cactus Blossom
Fresh flowers and light coconut wrapped in green cactus blossom.
B&BW dupe. This was one of two freebies that was included. It's a sweet, succulent green scent with a clean feel to it, but there's also a heavy floral musk that I notice in most of the newer B&BW offerings.
Coco for Mango
Mango coconut bliss.
Sweet mango juice with lots of coconut. The coconut leans more towards tanning oil, so I'd call this more of a sultry, tropical scent rather than a foody one.
Crazy for Coconuts
Mahogany coconut, creamy coconut and Hawaiian tropics.
It's a sultry, hot coconut scent like B&BW Exotic Coconut, but with an interesting masculine edge from the mahogany. The woodsy note is deep and rich, and really stands out in this blend. I love how different this is and it just smells so "luxurious."
Island in the Sun
Creamy coconut, peaches and pineapple.
This was the wild card of the order. I love the idea of peach and coconut together, but my nose almost never enjoys the combo. There's a first time for everything though, because this is incredible. It's a tropical smoothie blend where the peach and pineapple stand out and the milky coconut smooths it all together. Creamy, sweet, juicy, and totally mouth watering.
Meet Me in Tahiti
Sparkling mandarin with honeydew, fresh hibiscus and vanilla.
The second free sample. Is this a B&BW dupe? It smells like something they would put out because I smell that one note that all of their scents seem to have, like a floral type of musk. Ok, I just checked and yes, it's a scent they did. There's the creamsicle orange and a strong hibiscus note that makes this a sweet, slightly clean smelling blend. I'd probably like this if it didn't have that signature B&BW perfumey note.
Pineapple Under the Sea
Just like a glass of pineapple juice on a hot summer day. Tart but somehow sweet, super juicy, and refreshing. Some of these pineapple scents smell sugary like candy, but this one is pretty realistic. Great as a blender or by itself.
Pretty pleased with my picks for this order. They have some lovely tropical scents, and I can't wait for the weather to warm up so I can start melting them. I can pass on the two B&BW dupes and maybe Coco for Mango, but everything else I would consider repurchasing.
