Rosegirls Mini Melters

Disclaimer - all products were purchased by me

I have several Rosegirls posts for the month and this one is all about Mini Melters. These are 6 ounce bags of mostly single note scents that can be melted alone or combined in the warmer, allowing you to create your own custom blends. The chunks are the perfect size to toss in without needing to chop them up. There are two listings on the website - one for "permanent" scents and the other for summer scents that are available through August 15th when a new round of seasonal blends will be offered.

Shipping time is up to 6 weeks but I received this order in less than one week.

Banana Colada
Rich blend of ripe bananas, coconuts and tropical fruits

This is more of a pina colada scent with sweet pineapple, rum and coconut cream in that order. The little bit of banana I do smell is almost sour. I ordered two bags expecting this to be my favorite but I'll have to toss this in the warmer before making a final judgement.

Clean Cotton
Clean fresh laundry

I was hoping this was a YC dupe and it is! The crisp smell of starchy white linens with a powdery sweetness floating overhead. Not headache inducing or overpowering like many laundry scents are. This one is perfect by itself or as a blender.

White Nectarine and Pink Coral
Fruity, floral and musk

Sweet, peachy nectarine and plumeria. Summery and tropical with a slight clean edge to it.

These next two scents are available in the seasonal category for now and will be removed from the website on August 15.

Lilacs and Violets

Sweet and powdery because it's heavy on the violet but with a laundry type of freshness from the lilac which hovers in the background. I took a gamble with this because lilac rarely works out well, but it ended up being one of my favorites.

Pink Sands in the Sun
Pink Sands YC type and Sun & Sand YC type

It's a good thing Rosegirls doesn't need a long cure time because I'll be diving into this a lot before summer comes to a close. It's a little stronger on Sun & Sand which is a crisp, beachy blend that smells like wet sand and sunscreen, but the Pink Sands adds a sweet and sugary floral softness.
